PCC Tuesday nite hill climbs. Can feel improvements on the hills. Mxs:59.5, Dst:25.12KM, Tm:1hr23min, Avs 18. Crashed near home after getting the front wheel in to the drain cover again! Bruised ribs and skin missing from left knee.
